1. Agreement Terms
This Cardholder Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Joker Prepaid Mastercard ("Card"). By using your Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Card Activation and Use
Your Card must be activated before first use. The Card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted worldwide. You are responsible for all transactions made with your Card.
3. Loading and Balance
The Card can be loaded with funds at participating retailers or online. The maximum load amount is $500 CAD. Funds are available immediately upon loading.
4. Fees and Limits
A one-time activation fee applies at purchase. No monthly fees or hidden charges apply. ATM withdrawals may incur additional fees. Please see the Fee Schedule for complete details.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
If your Card is lost or stolen, contact customer service immediately. Registered cards may be eligible for balance protection. Unregistered cards may not be replaceable.
6. Expiration
Your Card expires on the date printed on the front. You must use all funds before the expiration date. Expired cards cannot be reloaded or reactivated.
7. Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount available on your Card at the time of any unauthorized transaction, provided you notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
10. Agreement Modification
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided on our website or through other communication channels.
